Included: Used radio New Antenna Used Impres Battery. The radio was tested for RX and TX.

The radio was transmitting at 3.5 watts or better. The display is not missing any segments. This was an ex-govt radio, and functions differently than the standard XTS2500. The RX/TX light on top of the radio does not function. The display/keypad is very dim (apparently is was used with night vision).

The label on the back of the radio does match the serial number, and flashcode that is in the radio's codeplug. There is no Advanced System Key features enabled on this radio, thus the radio can be programmed with the proper CPS.

The battery was conditioned to 1300 mAh. It does charge and power on the radio. The life of the battery is unknown. Please plan on needing a replacement battery for best performance. The radio is currently programmed with a GMRS frequency. If programming is needed please contact me.
